Your role - Are you ready for a challenge?
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Monitor, supervise and motivate the team on a daily-basis to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the organization and escalate relevant points to line manager in case of need,
- Provide a world-class service by means of close follow-up, very efficient communication and a high level of proactivity,
- Leverage on service excellence to strengthen relationships with partners and achieve long term positive cooperation,
- Develop and implement service improvement initiatives,
- Provide support to the team and ensure performance objectives are achieved,
- Control that processes are respected in order to guarantee the expected quality level,
- Ensure that management decisions and good practices are applied,
- Be a strong source of proposals for improvements in processes and tools,
- Be pragmatic and practical but also critical and able to challenge procedures in place, always considering the full picture including client requirements as well as internal constraints,
- Proactively provide regular updates and reports to management.
Your profile - Have you got what it takes to become our Onboarding Team Lead - French Market?
- University Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management or any other relevant field and/or relevant experience in Client Services,
- At least 5 years relevant experience in Finance or Insurance,
- Strong team player with excellent organisational and analytical skills,
- Excellent communication skills: being able to build effective relationships and adapt communication style to the counterparty, always in a professional manner,
- Ability to listen to other opinions as well as being confident of your own and find balanced solutions,
- A mature person capable of working independently and able to demonstrate a high level of initiative and problem-solving capabilities,
- Be able to clearly and comprehensively outline complex issues both verbally and in writing,
- Multi-task efficiently between routine tasks and urgent queries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all duties,
- Possess drive, influential and persuasive skills as well as the ability to achieve results through working in a logical and systematic manner,
- Strong prioritisation skills, flexible, reliable and responsible in challenging situations,
- Strong client service focus, solutions oriented and capable of ensuring a high service level to clients,
- Take personal pride in delivering high quality service to internal and external clients,
- Willing to make the extra effort as required,
- Ability to work in a regulated environment and to respect the external and internal guidelines,
- Ability to maintain performance and positive relationships in stressful/challenging situations,
- Agility and pragmatism in a complex and changing environment,
- Good command of MS Office products,
- Verbal and written fluency in French and English.
