In this role you will:

We are looking for a curious, analytical, and action-oriented person who enjoys solving problems and learning by doing to join our team in Barcelona, starting in January 2027.
Your future responsibilities:

• Gather innovative ideas: Collect new concepts from a wide range of stakeholders (Product, Sales, Operations, Partnerships teams, etc.).
• Manage end-to-end tests: Take note of and prioritize ideas, integrate them into a clear roadmap, coordinate real-life tests with the Sales teams, analyze quantitative and qualitative results, and share insights with key stakeholders.
• Deploy successful projects: Identify initiatives that deliver good results and collaborate on scaling them up.
• Monitor and benchmark disruptive ideas: Develop a catalogue of potential improvements with a view to continuously improving internal processes (technological and technical development).

Your profile:

• Are currently studying for a Master's degree and are looking for a gap-year internship between Master's programs

• Communication: You communicate clearly and adapt your style to different audiences, from operational experts to managers and senior stakeholders.
• Organization & Adaptability: You are highly organized, comfortable managing multiple topics simultaneously, and able to adapt to rapidly changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Professional experience: Previous professional experience, ideally through an internship, is strongly preferred given the Lab's broad range of topics and stakeholders.
• Languages: Fluent French is mandatory, with a B2 level of English or above and confidence working in an international environment.

• Business case presentation 1 hour with Théotime and Jacques (N+2)
