Order Management Specialist (French Speaker)

What you'll do

• Create Orders, Deliver Results: Manage order creation with speed and accuracy.
• Handle Returns, Solve Problems: Master the return process for customer satisfaction.
• Balance Finances, Ensure Compliance: Create debit/credit notes with precision.
• Close the Books, Drive Accuracy: Participate in crucial monthly closing activities.
• Connect Teams, Build Relationships: Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Track Stock, Optimize Flow: Generate insightful stock reports.

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain or any relevant study
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent French and English speaker with a strong customer-centric approach.
• Highly detail-oriented and focused candidates with a demonstrated interest in operations
• Ideal candidates will possess time-management skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint) SAP is a plus.
