Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated expert to join us as an Order Management Specialist with French! The purpose of the role is to ensure all orders are received, processed, and fulfilled accurately and on time by working with suppliers, customers, and internal resources. Job Responsibilities:- Receiving required information to create new Purchase or Sales orders within existing guidelines and policies.
- Management of Purchase Order data, changing requested delivery dates, changes in quantity order, agreed delivery dates, pricing changes, etc.
- Make improvement recommendations and liaise with peers from other teams (e.g., Accounting, Controlling, Sales).
- Processing standard SAP transactions, such as Order Entry, Order processing, Change, Closure, Billing, and proper cost allocation.
- Identifying stock shortages and working with vendors to improve delivery timescales.
- Supporting the finance functions with the analysis of financial figures related to the managed sales and purchase documents (determining the accuracy and completeness of the information and resolving and discussing the financial analysis impacts).
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- First point of contact for Business Analysts for questions and support in resolving issues.
Job Requirements:- Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Supply Chain.
- Proficiency in French and English language (C1 level).
- Working experience in order management, supply chain, etc. is considered a strong advantage.
- SAP (or similar ERP system), MS Office (advanced Excel skills), and understanding of processes and data flows around an organization.
- Networking and Interpersonal Skills with peers and Management.
- Quality-oriented and well organized, team player, proactive, and anticipative.
- Able to prioritize activities and identify and manage risks.
