As a member of our highly efficient team in Sofia, you will be responsible for providing timely support to BIC's B2B customers around the world. As an Order To Invoice Associate, you will oversee business processes spanning across the entire customer lifecycle - from receiving orders to payment to answering customer inquiries, you will be a part of driving our business forward.

What You'll Do:

• Manage sales orders received by BIC via agreed channels (email, EDI, SFA, RPA, customer portals...) accurately, on-time, and in line with internal procedures and with agreed service level targets
• Manage requests related to sales orders execution, with appropriate follow-through, in line with internal procedures and agreed service level targets
• Manage tickets related to the above in line with SNOW policies
• Ensure proper execution of billing procedures and controls
• Escalate any blocker of sales orders or requests executions to Level 1 Manager
• Front-office for customer contact: telephone, e-mail, chat contact with customers
• Contact customers on appropriate communication channel (phone, e-mail, chat, ...) as needed
• Independent to establish and maintain Internal and External stakeholders' relationships and maintain up to date customer specific knowledge
• Train and support Junior Associates' in performance and deliverables
• Deliver and ensure capturing in a timely manner of all types of orders in terms of quality, error rate and feedback of service execution
• Contribute to the implementation of new processes and to continuous improvement initiatives in his area of expertise
• Contribute to Internal and External Audit
• Upon request, to be able to perform Customer Care team responsibilities
• Participates in process improvement and automation initiatives impacting broader teams

What You'll Bring To BIC:

• Fluent in French and English;
• Customer service orientation and attention to details;
• Excellent communication skills;
• 1+ years of customer service would be beneficial;
• Experience with orders and claims management would be beneficial;
• Team player attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
• ERPs and Excel do not have secrets for you, you will be our Rockstar candidate!
