Job DescriptionThe Organization Project Manager is the leader and key contact for the local/regional execution of the sourcing and buying strategy. They meet the requirements of Collection needs locally by allocating products to vendors and negotiating prices, lead time and quality in accordance with Technical service.
Organization Project Managers are responsible to reach and exceed the department's objectives defined by the leadership team by developing efficiency and competitiveness of the team. They coordinate with other team members to deliver the best product with the best quality at the best price. As team players, they share best practices within and across departments and business partners.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES- Able to align with the Corporate vision to act as internal "consultant" in the continuous improvement, expansion and transformation of the company
- Assist in business development activities including but not limited to business analysis, project management & change management etc
- Analyze the functional, technical and financial impacts of the solutions to be implemented, and the good integration into the existing company environment
- Produce the project plan, deploy and use the project management methodologies and tools of the company
- Work closely with cross functional stakeholders to produce the project plan and to ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget and are aligned with the quality standard and business requirements of the company
- Ensure project governance and adherence to the company's project management standards with best practices
- Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans
- Act as a link between the different stakeholders of the project and facilitate the process
- Promote collaborative and constructive relationship between the various sponsors of the project team
- Handle any ad hoc task/project as requested
Requirements- Relevant experience to the position (reference 5years)
- Relevant technical knowledge for the position
- Similar regional scope
- Fluent in English and French
- University graduate in Commerce or Project Management or related discipline
