OTC Disputes Agent w French

Location: first 2 months - Office (Training); later fully remote (with office access in Warsaw, Poland)

The Job (responsibilities):

• Responsible for End to End Dispute Process.
• Dedicated region: France.
• Raise and investigate dispute cases in SAP system.
• Liaising with customers (B2B).
• Dispute resolution.
• Raising of Credit Notes.
• Identify customer claims root causes and initiate corrective actions.
• Collecting past due items on assigned accounts through proper use of correspondence, phone calls, emails.
• Participating in meetings with customers.
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
• Responding to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner to include questions regarding pricing, shipment/delivery, collection/past due, and account reconciliation.
• Cooperating closely with other departments such as Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Cash collection.

The Person (requirements):

• Higher Degree - Business, Finance or Logistic.
• Work experience in a similar role - Dispute management, OTC (order-to-cash) experience or related, like Finance, Accounting.
• SAP experience (knowledge of S4Hana system will be a great advantage).
• Able to work to defined processes.
• Advantage: experience in supply chain, logistics and transport.
• MS Excel.
• Advanced French, fluent English language.
• Good interpersonal skills, ability to effectively communicate within a matrix organization.
• Proactive, team spirit.
• Good Time Management / Prioritization skills.
• Pro-client approach.
• Attention to detail and great interpersonal skills.
