Job DescriptionThe Global Paralegal provides comprehensive legal and administrative support to the global Legal Team. This role is responsible for coordinating team-wide administrative processes, overseeing timely reporting from all legal team members worldwide, managing global NDA reviews. The Global Paralegal acts as a central point of coordination across regions and functions, ensuring consistency, compliance, and operational excellence in legal workflows.
Your role in our future:- Review, negotiate, and provide first-level comments on non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) globally, in accordance with internal guidelines and playbooks.
- Ensure consistent application of global standards across all NDA-related processes.
- Maintain and update NDA templates in coordination with the Legal Operations Manager and Team Lead of Regional Counsels.
- Track and report on NDA volumes, turnaround times, and approval workflows.
- Supervise timely reporting by all legal team members, including monthly activity reports, KPIs, and project updates.
- Coordinate data collection for global dashboards and presentations.
- Follow up with team members to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to internal reporting deadlines.
- Support the Legal Operations Manager and Team Lead for Regional Counsel in consolidating global reporting data and preparing analyses.
- Manage document administration for the Legal Team using the corporate governance tool.
- Maintain the Legal Team's shared workspace, including libraries of key contracts, dispute documents, templates, and training material.
- Support management of the legal invoicing system.
- Assist with budget tracking, invoice processing, and vendor coordination.
- Support the Legal Operations Manager in preparing reports based on global legal spend and performance data.
QualificationsYour profile:- Minimum 2 years of higher legal education or paralegal certification, plus 5+ years of relevant experience in a paralegal or legal administrative role.
- Experience reviewing NDAs.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills; able to manage global stakeholders and processes.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to synthesise information clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset.
- Rigorous, reliable, and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a global, multicultural team across time zones.
- Language requirements: Fluent English (mandatory) and French, + nice to have German, and/or Spanish.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with legal tech tools.
