About this Position As a
Payroll Specialist in our GBS+, you will be primarily responsible for processing payroll and maintaining the employee database regarding salary and pay related data for France.
What you'll do - Guarantee timely and accurate payroll processing, meeting all statutory and compliance requirements
- Perform payroll controls in accordance with internal requirements
- Validate pre- and post-payroll reports and coordinate with stakeholders on resolution of potential issues
- Cooperate with in-country payroll provider, Local HR and Finance regarding day-to-day operations
- Contribute to projects aimed at automating and harmonizing payroll processes
- Support Henkel employees with payroll related queries or questions
- Create, review and maintain workflow documents and manuals
What makes you a good fit - Education in Human Resources/Accounting/Business Administration
- Previous Payroll or HR experience is an advantage
- Effective communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Full working proficiency in English and French language (any other European language is an advantage)
- Excel on intermediate level (lookup functions, pivot tables)
- Ownership and drive, passion for self-development
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Analytical and organizationalskills

Minimum salary: 1500 EUR gross (Of course, an overpayment is possible depending on the respective training, qualification and professional experience. The gross salary is based on these aforementioned criteria and is finally determined after the personal interview).
