As People Services Generalist - External Workforce (French Speaker) within our People Services team, you'll coordinate and manage external workforce activities in systems (Workday, Flext, Crew) and on the ground with the various stakeholders relating to Sanofi entities within the perimeter of Sanofi Business Operations. The team is focused on continuous improvement processes, there will be opportunity for you to improve processes and implement best-in-class ways of working.

Main responsibilities:
  • Ensure and manage the onboarding and offboarding of External Work Force
  • Monitor, track, and register the end-to-end life of the cases (activity tracker)
  • Help ensure knowledge databases (DTP, manual, articles...) are updated; knowledge transfer occurs up/down streams
  • As owner of the support model provide Level 2 support for these sub-processes and propose expertise
  • Manage direct queries from employees via ticket
  • Participate in projects related to External Workforce as well as in training/meetings to share info/knowledge with users/stakeholders
  • Focus on employee experience


About you

Experience:
  • Graduate or Master's degree in HR or business administration
  • First hands-on experience in an HR role preferably in an international multicultural environment
  • Broad understanding of HR processes and activities


Soft and technical skills:
  • Computer literate and familiar with HR / Human Capital Management related tools & systems as e.g., Workday
  • Familiar with Ticketing Management tools (such as ServiceNow)
  • User level of Microsoft Office Suit (Excel, Word etc.)
  • Ability to interact with internal and external clients in a professional manner
  • Team player, able to work collaboratively transversally and with People Services front line teams with an end-to-end mindset
  • Good communication skills , attentive to customer needs & feedbacks
  • Organized and structured to execute tasks according to deadlines, attention to details is crucial


Education:
  • Graduate or Master's degree with HR or business administration


Languages:
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Knowledge of other European languages (advantageous)
