People Services HR Data Management Specialist (with FRENCH)Key Responsibilities:- Support the end-to-end life cycle of a GSK employee through Workday transactional processing
- Prepare and generate employee and hiring related documentation e.g. contract extensions, salary increase etc.
- Process HR documents in accordance with Belgian labour law
- Be the first point of contact for queries coming from manager and employees via cases (ServiceNow) and manage requests in the system
- Provide on-request reporting to business partners and other stakeholders
- Work in a highly data sensitive environment, responsible for protecting Data Privacy at all time and adhering to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breach of compliance policies - Ensure Data accuracy and conduct Quality Controls & Audits for data travelling into our Payroll System
- Update Knowledge Articles in ServiceNow regularly
- Cooperate closely with our local HR Business Partners and external vendors to share knowledge on processes and anticipate the need of improvement
- Handle employee phone calls, conduct live chats, email to provide end-to-end navigation support: identify customer needs, clarify issues, give timely updates and provide final solutions for queries coming from employees regarding whole employee lifecycle.
Why You?Required Skills
:- Proven track of experience (+1 years) in a similar or related HR role
- Fluent French and English language skills
- Experience with Workday, Service Now or any other/similar related HR Systems
- Previous experience in Business facing roles in corporate environment
- Good analytical and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Belgian HR related labor law/collective agreements is a big asset but not a must
