Personal Assistant to CEO - French Speaker
Job Description
Our Client, a well-known company in Art is looking for a motivated personal Assistant to CEO.
You will be involved in multiple areas within the company and work with other key departments, assuring productivity and efficiency to achieve company-wide goals.
Specific Duties & Role:
Administrative Support
• Manage the CEO' scheduling, including agendas, mail, email, phone calls, and calendar
management.
• Draft business and personal correspondences for the CEO (English, Chinese and French)
• Conduct regular diary meetings with the CEO to discuss upcoming engagements,
invitations, and requests for the CEO's time.
• Filter general information, queries, phone calls, and invitations to the CEO, redirecting or
taking forward as appropriate. Respond to invitations and make necessary arrangements for
the CEO's attendance.
• Coordinate the flow of information to staff and prioritize inquiries and requests.
• Assist the CEO in meeting preparation by conducting research and working on delegated
projects.
• Book restaurant and others when necessary
Sales Support
• Assist the CEO with sales follow-ups and coordination.
• Communicate with clients and customers to provide necessary information and support.
• Liaise with other departments, to ensure seamless sales processes.
• Handle customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with the finance team to process sales orders, invoices, and payments
accurately.
Hospitality and Guest Relations
• Prepare the set up ahead of professional meetings in the gallery.
• Meet and greet the CEO's guests, ensuring their needs are met.
Additional Responsibilities:
