Within the Société Générale group, you will join the RBFS/ASSU (Assurances) team. Société Générale ASSU offers a full range of products and services to meet the needs of individual, professional and corporate clients in Life Insurance Savings, Retirement Savings and Personal Protection.
What you will do:
PMO activities:
• Consolidation and tracking of Capacity Planning, Landing Plan and staffing;
• Liaise with local COOs/management to assure the alignment on budget usage;
• Generate monthly reporting such as absence status and cost impact;
• Build strong relationship with the team managers from Romania;
• Steering/Sponsors committees' governance : meeting planner, prepare presentations, write minutes
• Define and manage the governance with stakeholders, end users, internal teams, sponsors;
• Communicate portfolio and project updates to managers & stakeholders;
• Maintain / develop new reports and draw conclusions from findings;
• Manage transfer of activities from other countries to Bucharest based on existing methodology.
Profile required
• Attention to details and good organizer;
• Ability to interpret numbers;
• Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point;
• Stakeholder management;
• Good communicator;
• French level of B1-B2;
• Presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Fluent in English;
