Overall role :

The Project management Officer provides governance and support strategical projects for Program Directors, Program managers, Product Leaders, project offices and help deliver program and projects tasks. He/She plays a proactive role in knowledge management to promote program and project management methods and standards and ensures appropriate application of the project management framework.

  • You will support the products during their life cycle at our client and provide a global view of their progress.
  • Your work will involve analytical (information verification), planning and reporting skills by interacting directly with the product teams.

Role responsibilities:
  • You will assist Program team in piloting resource needs on strategic projects
  • Focus on requesting, collating and reporting program and project information for Program Director/Domain leader
  • Forecast and Enable Resource Capacity Planning
  • Centralize information and deliver it to the right stakeholders
  • Eliminate silos of spreadsheets with a single resource plan
  • Create visibility of resource capacity, competency and availability for all concerned stakeholders
  • Establish a real-time resource scheduling to accommodate the fast-changing ground reality
  • Establish multi-dimensional viewing and overcome challenges of matrix structure
  • Enables team efficiency by facilitating knowledge transfer between departmental project teams
  • Booking meetings with internal and external parties
  • Coordinate complex and busy dairy schedules -MS Outlook
  • Design and support governance/reporting for programs and projects
  • You support the Execution of governance processes and templates and assist the program/project team in their delivery
  • Ensure that the actions and outliers from stakeholders are followed up
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and brings them forward to their manager
  • Understand Agile delivery methods and adheres to their standards
  • Ad hoc administrative duties -MS Office (Excel/ Microsoft/ Power Point Office, Teams)
  • You will be part of our client's Workload Entry team and as such you will interact frequently with: the Business Units, Finance/Controlling and IS/IT PMO of the client's IT Management and managers.

Experience /Exposure:
  • Experience in managing or supporting successful projects
  • 2+ year of experience in resource planning and management of resources
  • Experience in efficient communication with multiple stakeholders and team members
  • Understanding of the Tech IT and Financial environment
  • French and English language are a must.
  • Tools: MS Office (focus: Excel- manipulating large data set, Power Point, Word), Teams.
  • Jira, Confluence are a plus
