Primary Teacher in French - Part Time at Europa School UK

About this Role

Starting our students' journey to fluency in French begins from day one in an immersive, natural environment. In our EYFS and Year 1 classrooms, language learning is not a separate subject or a checklist of grammar rules; it is the very fabric of daily school life. By introducing young learners to our unique immersion model, we capitalise on their natural ability to absorb languages seamlessly during their most critical formative years. Half of their week is spent entirely in French, turning routine activities, play, and foundational lessons into rich opportunities for language acquisition.

What we offer:

• A stimulating bilingual environment and unique curriculum
• Flexible working pattern (Monday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Friday), PPA off site, a mix of online and on site meetings
• Collaborative teaching with a partner teacher
• Supportive leadership
• Welcoming staff and engaged pupils

We are looking for someone who:

• Has Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Is enthusiastic about working in a bilingual setting
• Can inspire and engage children of all backgrounds and abilities
• Values teamwork and open communication
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
