Process Expert - Purchase to Pay (French Language Expert)

We work with a strongly integrated system and a highly automated purchasing process. Our customers receive state-of-the-art, easy-to-use Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) services. We deliver maximum value to the business by driving P2P optimization and digitalization using our entrepreneurial approach, and we support our customers' current and future business requirements with the help of our high level of process and automation competency.

You'll make a difference by:

1. Order Processing:
2. Create purchase orders based on requestor inputs, especially in French.
3. Communicate with customers via calls and emails for PO confirmations in French and English.
4. Sourcing & Procurement:
5. Support sourcing initiatives and contribute to procurement achievements.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional client teams to identify and prioritize procurement needs.
7. Understand direct and indirect procurement requisitions across industries.
8. Identify and qualify vendors using category-specific expertise.
9. Recommend procurement strategies using market analytics and customer preferences.
10. Operational Excellence:
11. Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.
12. Demonstrate strong time management and prioritization skills.
13. Engage and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in French and English.

Your success is grounded in:

• Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years' experiences
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain management and procurement processes.
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially advanced Excel), ERP systems, and e-sourcing applications.
• Familiarity with eProcurement tools such as eAuctions, eTenders, eRfx, and P2P processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
