Product Support Analyst (French)

Your key responsibilities as a French Product Support Analyst will include:

• Managing customer queries via calls, emails, chats, and the customer portal within defined SLAs
• Performing first-level investigation and resolution of product issues and service requests
• Coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex cases and provide timely updates
• Ensuring professional, customer-focused communication at all times
• Meeting performance metrics related to quality, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction
• Maintaining product knowledge and contributing to knowledge articles

You will need the following experience and skills to join us as a French Product Support Analyst:

• You must have at least 2 years of experience in a French-speaking support or service desk role
• You will have strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English
• You should have a good understanding of MS Office tools and service desk systems
• You will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You should have basic knowledge of the financial domain, with fund data as an added advantage
