What we will achieve together: Manage team activity - Ensure and control compliance with procedures and commitments
- Provide training for team members regarding practices and customer context, oversee the improvement of their skills
- Plan the work of the team and control the adequacy of resources according to the activity
- Ensure the application of procedures and instructions
- Monitor the qualitative and quantitative levels of the team's activity
- Calculate SLAs and propose action plans
- Share knowledge and improve the team's skills
QualificationsThis is the right job for you if have:- Proven experience as a Team Leader / managing teams
- Experience with Easyvista or ServiceNow
- Fluent French (B2-C1) and fluent English (B2)
- Strong Leadership skills
- A proactive, innovative mindset and the ability to propose effective solutions
- Knowledge of service contractual agreements
- Solid pedagogical and training abilities
- Proficiency in Windows 10
- Proficiency in Office 365
