Your impact

As a Product Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing expert technical support for OpenText's EDI, Managed Services, and Messaging solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, you will troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensure service excellence, and help maintain the reliability of business-critical integrations and communications. You will also support the development of less experienced team members through mentoring, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance, helping to strengthen the overall capability of the support organization.

What you need to succeed

• Minimum 4 years of experience in technical support, managed services, EDI, messaging, or a related technology environment
• Strong knowledge of data communications, EDI, XML, Linux command-line environments, and networking protocols such as FTP, OFTP, and AS2
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex issues independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to clients
• Experience mentoring colleagues, contributing to knowledge bases, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
• University degree in a technical discipline or equivalent technical experience, with flexibility to participate in shift work, on-call rotations, weekends, and holiday coverage as required
