Job TitleProject Manager Lead (French Speaker)
Summary:This role leads multiple complex, international projects end to end, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. It involves strong customer engagement, senior stakeholder management, and clear communication of risks, status, and decisions. The position requires close coordination with cross-functional teams, solid project governance, and application of standardized project methodologies. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in customer-facing project roles, strong communication skills, and the ability to operate in multicultural environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead multiple complex and international projects in parallel;
- Run Steering Committee meetings and clearly share status, risks, decisions, and recommendations with senior stakeholders;
- Create and continuously maintain project plans, manage scope and change to stay aligned with business and customer needs.
- Manage day-to-day delivery and coordinate internal project core teams;
- Build trusted customer relationships, understand needs, and guide them to the right solutions;
- Communicate technical and business topics clearly to internal and external stakeholders;
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget;
- Apply the Amadeus project management methodology and enforce project standards across all project phases;
- Ensure effective management of project controls, including risks, issues, and dependencies, with appropriate mitigation plans;
- Contribute to resource planning and budget monitoring, cost control and revenue management;
- Identify process improvements, efficiency gain and act as a project management reference point, for specific technical, functional area, sharing knowledge and mentoring when relevant.
About the ideal candidate- Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously;
- Strong background in customer-facing project roles. Demonstrated expertise in customer-facing project roles, with a proven ability to assess client requirements and deliver clear, well-organized guidance, as well as communicate proficiently with senior stakeholders;
- Fluency in English and French; Italian will be a plus;
- Solid technical understanding relevant to the project scope and domain;
- Experience working in cross-functional and multicultural environments;
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is preferred;
- Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations as required.
