You will join FRESH, a team who's mission is to develop and manage applications for accounting, management control and credit risk. We have a strong international dimension! With FRESH teams present in 12 countries!

MISSION:

• Animate the Project Portfolio Management process (PPM)
• Contribute to the transformation of PPM tools and processes

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Animate the Project Portfolio Management process (PPM)
- Animate the project launch and validation process
- Prepare and animate Investment Committees
- Consolidate all information requested to the study and validation of projects' files, guaranty its consistency with projects' managers
- Support projects' managers and managers during the project life cycle and promote best practices
- Analyse discrepancies causes, alert the management, propose solutions, and fix issues
- Maintain and produce reports on the project portfolio (projects review, monitoring of budget and duration excesses...)
- Guarantee projects data quality and coordinate appropriate actions with operational teams (PMO, project managers...)
- Ensure change management (trainings...) for project managers and newcomers
- Contribute to the portfolio review with Groups' heads
- Produce Performance Indicators (PMS) for FRESH

• Contribute to the transformation of PPM tools and processes
- Analyse the current framework and suggest innovative improvements
- Define and build new tools and reports to support the PPM activity
- Contribute to the migration of existing PPM reports (xls/ppt) under TABLEAU and develop new ones
- Contribute to the shadow IT reduction (macros, robots, specific developments, ...) by suggesting solutions allowing to move to the target standard tools (Clarity/Tableau Software, ...).
- Document PPM processes and tools

REQUIREMENTS:

Training:

• Educational background: Business school with IT specialty, Engineer or Master in Information Technology.

Experience:

• 2-4 years of experience in similar positions

Languages:

  • FRENCH: Fluent (Mandatory)
