Job Description
Main Responsibilities
- Coordination and activation of NiP premises (PRT and LSB), specifically Villas, Honolulu Wellness Club, and GetTogether areas.
- Planning and execution of themed events, including defining timelines, responsible parties, and KPIs.
- Overseeing contracts with external service providers (F&B, scenting, sports, merchandising) and monitoring SLAs.
- Management of the NiP Boutique and Welcome Bar.
- Defining and updating the building's zoning model by teams and functional synergies.
- Analysis of office occupancy dashboards and preparation of utilization reports.
- Facilitation of regular committees with internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring of transversal workplace initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education in Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related area with Facility Management experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in coordinating multi-functional projects or operations.
- Analytical ability and experience managing multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with PM tools.
- Professional English and French proficiency.
