At Volvo Group, we're looking for motivated interns to join our dynamic Purchase to Pay (PtP) team - where every document scanned and every question answered helps drive smooth global operations.

Internship Description

As an intern in our PtP team, you'll be part of the Contact Center unit, supporting our internal teams and French-speaking suppliers. But that's not all - you'll also be responsible for scanning and organizing paper documentation to support our ongoing digitalization efforts.

Whether you're handling communications or ensuring accurate records, you'll play a key role in the daily flow of operations. This internship offers a great opportunity to sharpen your administrative, organizational, and language skills in a supportive, multicultural environment.

Your Responsibilities

During your internship, you'll:

• Support our Contact Center: Assist with email and phone communication in French, helping our suppliers and colleagues with inquiries related to invoicing and payments.
• Scan and Organize Documents: Help scan paper-based records and maintain an orderly archive.
• Assist in Process Improvements: Support our team in identifying better ways to manage supplier communication and documentation.
• Collaborate with the PtP Team: Work closely with experienced colleagues to ensure efficient and timely service delivery.

To be successful in this role, you should bring:

• French Language Skills: Fluency in French is essential (written and spoken); English proficiency is also required.
• Attention to Detail: You take pride in being precise and organized - especially when working with documents and data.
