Job DescriptionWe are seeking a proactive and autonomous French speaker Test Coordinator with a minimum C1 level in French to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test activities using tools such as Jira Xray and Octane. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage workload effectively, and a solid understanding of test strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Test Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies that align with project requirements and objectives.
- Test Case Documentation: Write and maintain detailed test case documentation (test scenarios, test scripts, and acceptance criteria) to ensure thorough coverage of all application functionalities.
- Test Execution: Execute test cases, perform testing activities (functional, regression, integration, etc.), and ensure that all testing is conducted in accordance with established procedures.
- Defect Management: Identify, record, and track defects using Jira Xray/Octane, collaborating with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
- Reporting: Produce clear and concise test reports and metrics to communicate testing progress, results, and quality status to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and business analysts, to ensure alignment on testing objectives and deliverables.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies, leveraging industry best practices and ISTQB knowledge.
- Workload Management: Effectively manage and prioritize testing activities, ensuring timely delivery of results within project timelines.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in French (C1 level) and English (C1 level)
- Proven experience with Jira Xray and/or Octane in a testing environment.
- Solid understanding of ISTQB principles and testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of automation testing tools is a plus.
