We are currenlty recruiting French Speakers Quotation Engineers, several locations possible Casablanca (Morocco) and Budapest (Hungary).

What you'll do:

As a French Speaker Quotation Engineer, you will draft standard quotes and offers for our Electrical division's products and systems. Your role will focus on managing Requests for Quotations (RFQs) throughout the process, providing comprehensive support to the sales organization.

Key activities include:

• Quote Management: Handle delivery-to-order, configure-to-order, and engineer-to-order requests.
• Technical Drafting: Create technical quotes with suggested net selling prices based on electrical diagrams, material lists, tender documents, and competitor product catalogs.
• Pre-Sales Support: Assist in selecting components from the Eaton product portfolio and competitors, managing cross-references.
• CRM Support: Aid the local sales team in quote registration, opportunity management, and updates in CRM systems.
• Technical Solutions: Calculate and draft technical solutions for CtO - Configure to Order (BidManager, Configurator and other tools) and EtO - Engineering to Order quotations, collaborating with product experts for non-standard solutions.
• Software Development: Support testing and development of engineering software and tools for design and quotations.
• Knowledge Sharing: Acquire technical expertise in specific product families and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions for new hires and colleagues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent Technical Degree (Electrical preferred).

Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, technical support, or quotations for electrical products.
• Strong understanding of low-voltage electrical products, protective devices, and related applications.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical one-line diagrams and circuit schematics.
• Familiarity with electrical design software, CRM systems, and CAD. Knowledge of EPLAN, Salesforce, SAP, and Bid-Manager is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong teamwork, cooperation skills, and ability to prioritize effectively.
• Fluent in French and English.
