What you will do:- Analyze, validate, and approve budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with technical requirements.
- Serve as the main point of contact for supplier calls related to technical matters.
- Monitor and follow up on all budget reviews, ensuring discrepancies with suppliers are promptly addressed and resolved.
- Review and process loss adjuster reports, ensuring completeness and compliance with internal standards.
- Work effectively in an environment shaped by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with our standards of data governance, security and ethical use.
What you will bring:- French: Native or bilingual proficiency
- Completed 12th year of schooling
- Strong technical knowledge of the construction sector.
- Excellent teamwork, ownership, and proactive attitude in daily tasks.
- Outstanding attention to detail, with the ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in budgets.
- Solid understanding of products, materials, and services linked to budgetary analysis.
- Strong negotiation skills, including the ability to discuss and refine budget terms with suppliers.
- Proficiency with digital tools and general computer applications.
Working hours : Portuguese time: 8 a.m to 4 p.m - Monday to Friday
