Key Responsibilities
• Manage general accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and month-end closing.
• Oversee accounts payable: invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and timely payments.
• Oversee accounts receivable: collection monitoring and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory filings).
• Maintain and improve internal controls, policies, and procedures in line with company and French GAAP requirements.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and support statutory audits.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in R2R, with at least 2 years in a global or multi-regional role
• Strong knowledge of accounting and finance
• Proficiency in using various software, ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with global stakeholders
• Fluency in English and French
• Ability to work independently
• Must be residing in Poland
