SpotLIGHT of the job

We are looking for a French speaking team member to join our Finance & Controlling team, supporting local French sales functions.
If you have experience in accounting and finance, or motivation to learn and develop in this area in international environment, this job could be great opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

You will work closely with our Sales and Customer Service department and have contact with our customers.

• Collect and centralize financial information related to customer accounting in journals (including factoring)
• Manage collection cases by applying current processes
• Create customer accounts
• Prepare customer account balances
• Help prepare financial reports for the entire scope (activity reporting)
• Perform credit management activities
• Prepare closing reports and other financial reporting

Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in French and English
• Excellent communication skills
• Preferable experience in customer accounting management and use of accounting software
• Strong sense of confidentiality
• Ability to handle stress related to customer and sales communications
