Are you that sharp matchmaker who doesn't just check off CVs, but truly spots the spark between a candidate and a new challenge? Then we are looking for you!

In this full-time on-site role in Alkmaar, you will take full control of our entire hiring process. You'll write job descriptions that people actually want to read, find top talent in places others overlook, and ensure a recruitment process that is rock-solid. You aren't just a recruiter; you are the face of our company and the driving force behind the scenes.

Who are we? We are ColorCrew: the go-to agency for promotions and events in beauty, fashion, and luxury. We are constantly evolving and growing rapidly, thanks to prestigious clients like Chanel, Dior, NARS, and Charlotte Tilbury. We are the market leader in the Netherlands and are currently conquering Belgium step by step.

At ColorCrew, it's all about expertise, service, and experience. With our background in the beauty and retail sectors, we work daily to connect brands and customers in the best way possible. Out "in the field" (department stores, perfumeries, and various pop-up locations), around 200-300 people work across the Benelux every week to bring this customer experience to life! At our headquarters in Alkmaar, our "Office Crew" of 20 people works hard every day to make this happen.

The Tricks of the Trade
• Full-cycle recruitment: You manage the process from A to Z and advise hiring managers, clients, and colleagues.
• Sourcing: Using our recruitment tools, you filter and search for potential candidates, reaching out to them to explore opportunities.
• Management: In addition to recruitment, you will handle part of the planning and coordination for our French-speaking crew, offering plenty of variety in your daily work!
• Candidate Experience: You are the face of our company-the primary link and the pivotal player we can't do without. You always strive for a smooth and positive application process.
• Collaboration: You work closely with our account manager and various internal teams to understand the specific requirements for open positions. You are someone with creative strategies who helps build our talent pool.

Your Strengths:

• Previous experience in recruitment techniques, talent sourcing, and conducting interviews.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and French.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
• Effective social and communication skills for collaborating with candidates and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
• The ability to analyze and interpret recruitment metrics and trends.
• You bring fresh ideas and valuable input to improve our talent pool processes and optimize overall hiring results.
• You are a team player with a keen eye for detail.
