What you will do- manage operational tasks related to recruitment administration and documentation
- provide support with high degree of customer focus to Employees across Husqvarna Group countries related to HR policies, procedure, systems and processes via multiple channels (e-mail, chat, MS Teams calls or HR portal)
- use HR systems, Workday and Service Now, to provide solutions & track business requests & queries
- provide periodical trainings to Employees regarding standard HR processes & systems
- create and maintain operational documentation as per internal guidelines
- Actively contribute to delivering and improving People & Organization Services to increase employee satisfaction, drive performance and achieve results
- occasionally travel abroad for project or operational purposes
What we are looking for To succeed in this role you are customer-focused, able to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, and you are a team player willing to strengthen our team spirit based on mutuality and respect.
Also,
- at least 2 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Administration in international SSC environment
- experience in HR projects, transitions, knowledge capture
- Excellent command of English and French, any additional language will be an advantage
- Good knowledge of HR Systems (preferred system: Workday)
- Experience with Service Now environment or other case management system
- Self-accountability in daily activities
- Proactivity and ability to take initiative
- Keen eye for process and quality improvement
