If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and looking to make a real difference, this is the role for you!What You'll Do:- Be the Regulatory Backbone: Play a key role in preparing and managing regulatory documents for product renewals, registrations, and variations. Your work ensures that our products reach consumers safely and efficiently!
- Streamline Administrative Processes: From gathering approvals to organizing key meetings, your support will be instrumental in ensuring smooth communication across departments and affiliates.
- Prepare Renewal Dossiers: Collect essential documents, organize data, and ensure that everything's in order to keep our product licenses up-to-date.
- Assist with Labeling Variations: Identify which countries are impacted, request translations, gather approvals, and coordinate document dispatching.
- Collaborate and Coordinate: Work alongside teams in Scientific Affairs, regulatory experts, and affiliates across the globe to ensure seamless regulatory processes.
About You:- You have 1-2 years of experience in a Regulatory Affairs or international environment.
- You're tech-savvy with strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and any experience with Vault RIM or Vista is a plus!
- You're well-organized, detail-focused, and able to juggle multiple tasks without losing sight of the big picture.
- You're curious, flexible, and thrive in fast-paced, multicultural settings.
- You're a team player, ready to contribute and adapt to changing needs.
- You hold a Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
- Languages: You're fluent in English and have at least a B1 level in French.
