Overview
As a Renewals Specialist at HYCU, you will own the end-to-end customer renewal lifecycle for our French customer base, ensuring that every renewal is handled accurately, proactively, and on time. This is a critical role that directly impacts revenue retention and business growth in one of our key European markets.

- Belgrade, Serbia (Hybrid; 3 days/wk in office)
What You'll Do:
Renewals Management
- Prepare and deliver accurate renewal quotes a minimum of 90 days prior to expiration dates for French accounts
- Verify Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) values and ensure accurate co-terming based on current customer subscriptions
- Apply appropriate renewal price uplifts and manage concessions in alignment with contracted partner pricing
- Generate and distribute renewal quotes to French distributors and resellers of record
- Proactively follow up with French resellers and end users to confirm quote receipt and track progress through to close
- Identify and act on opportunities to upgrade customers from standard licensing to premium offerings
- Proactively engage customers on cross sell and expansion opportunities upon renewal and pass it to the appropriate HYCU team
Forecasting & Reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date deal staging in Salesforce (SFDC)
- Provide reliable weekly renewal forecast updates to support business planning and leadership visibility across the French market
- Log all customer and partner follow-up activities in SFDC to ensure full pipeline transparency
Key Performance Indicators
- 100% of renewals quoted or actively engaged at least 90 days prior to expiration
- All follow-up activities consistently logged in Salesforce
- Achieve a minimum 30% upgrade rate for customers on standard licensing
What We're Looking For:
- Native or fluent French speaker with strong proficiency in English (written and verbal) - essential for this role
- Proven experience in sales support, renewals, account management, revenue operations, or a related role, ideally within the French market
- Solid understanding of the French channel ecosystem, including local distributors and reseller dynamics
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce; familiarity with HubSpot is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and sound decision-making abilities
- Experience selling through channel partners (resellers, distributors) in France or the broader French-speaking market is strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Sales or a related field is preferred
It's Great if You Have:
- B2B SaaS experience
- Experience selling with and through strategic partners like Dell, Nutanix, Google, AWS, Microsoft, Atlassian, and OKTA
- Experience within data protection, cloud-native, security, data storage industries
