Job Function Responsible for supporting the Western Europe Channel Go-To-Market (GTM) organization and support functions through data gathering, reporting, and analysis. Coordinates and manages information (as part of a consistent IO approach) to achieve sales objectives.
All candidate must be fluent in both English and French (written and oral). This is a hybrid role, all candidates must be within a commutable distance to Budapest. Duties and Responsibilities - Interface with GTM sales management and teams to drive focus on sales management processes (SMP) and KPIs
- Act as Centre of Excellence for IO and GTM SMP processes (including productivity and metrics)
- Collaborate and integrate with the IO sales team
- Develop, design, and deliver reports aligned with business objectives
- Recommend business and sales actions to improve performance
- Ensure consistency across IO as part of a global team
- Interface closely with GTM leadership teams
- Serve as primary contact for GTM on sales performance metrics and KPI tracking
- Identify gaps to plan and support decision-making through reporting
- Develop and manage a reporting suite aligned to business priorities
- Deliver reporting within agreed timelines and cadence
- Provide value-added analysis and recommendations
- Support adoption of sales management processes and KPIs
- Support growth of the sales business in aligned geographies
- Recommend improvements to technology tools supporting sales processes
- Support colleagues within the Centre of Excellence
- Drive standardization across IO
Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in Sales Support, Analytics, Finance, or Sales
- Experience working in multicultural, collaborative environments
