Job Title: French Teacher (Classes 6-8, PU & Cambridge)

Location: Vidyaranyapura, North Bengaluru

Salary: INR30,000 - INR35,000 per month (depending on experience)

Preference: Local candidates preferred

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled French Teacher to teach students from Classes 6-8, Pre-University (PU), and Cambridge curriculum levels. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in the French language and the ability to make language learning engaging, interactive, and effective for students across different levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver French language lessons for Classes 6-8, PU, and Cambridge curriculum.
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills in French.
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, worksheets, and assessments.
• Conduct regular tests and evaluations to monitor student progress.
• Encourage students to participate in conversations, role-plays, and language activities.
• Support students in improving pronunciation and fluency.
• Integrate audio-visual aids and modern teaching techniques for effective learning.
• Maintain discipline and create a positive classroom environment.
• Provide regular feedback to students and parents on academic performance.
• Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and curriculum planning.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in French or relevant field.
• Certification in French language (DELF/DALF preferred).
• B.Ed. is preferred.
• Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience in CBSE / ICSE / Cambridge / PU curriculum.

Required Skills:

• Strong command of spoken and written French.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple grade levels.
• Strong classroom management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience teaching Cambridge curriculum (IGCSE/AS & A Level).
• Creative and interactive teaching approach.
• Ability to motivate and engage students.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and smart classroom techniques.

Location Preference:

Candidates residing near Vidyaranyapura, North Bengaluru will be preferred.
