Your Role at a Glance

• You process incoming reservation inquiries in the group and event area
• You Proactively analyze and understand customer needs to deliver optimal solutions
• You check availability in the hotels and place the business according to the strategic guidelines of revenue management
• You advise our customers by phone, determine the needs and prepare individual offers
• You will work closely with your colleagues from the Sales, Revenue and Banquet departments
