Retail 3D Rendering & Visualization Designer

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Retail 3D Visualization Designerto join our design team. This role is primarily responsible for translating retail design concepts and marketing event ideas into compelling, photorealistic 3D visualizations. The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Store Planning Manager and creative stakeholders to communicate design intent, customer experience, and brand identity through high-quality renderings and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations, mood boards, and material references for new store concepts and marketing event activations
• Create 3D renderings for marketing event activations, including mall pop-ups, takeovers of existing venues, and various marketing event formats
• Illustrate new store concepts through compelling, photorealistic 3D visuals
• Explore camera angles, lighting, textures, and materials to present each concept in the best possible way
• Develop photorealistic 3D renderings based on the design brief, reference materials, and creative direction
• Follow brand guidelines to ensure design consistency across different stores, marketing events, and markets
• Maintain and update the 3D asset and furniture library

Requirements

• Familiar with SketchUp, 3D Max, Corona
• Passionate about creating visually impactful and photorealistic renderings
• Creative, curious, and constantly exploring new visualization techniques
• Able to translate abstract ideas and design concepts into compelling visual stories
• Highly sensitive to lighting, materials, color, proportions, and customer experience
• Detail-oriented with a strong personal standard for visual quality
• Comfortable balancing creativity with commercial and operational realities
• Receptive to feedback and able to revise designs efficiently without compromising quality
• Proactive in identifying missing information and proposing practical visualization solutions
• Collaborative and comfortable working with designers, marketers, store planning teams, and external agencies
• Adaptable and able to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Enthusiastic about leveraging AI-assisted visualization and emerging design technologies
• Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese. French speaking is a bonus.

A portfolio submission is required. Applications without a portfolio demonstrating strong 3D visualization and rendering capabilities will not be considered. Portfolio should include retail, commercial, event, or experiential projects.
