Retail Junior Accountant with French

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Retail Junior Accountant reporting directly to the Retail Finance Team Leader. This is a local role, based in Poznań SSC.

Responsibilities:

• Daily bank statement reconciliation
• AR tasks such as customer invoicing clearing, posting standard accounting transactions
• GL account reconciliation
• Regular communication with point of sales across France and HQ Team
• Possible contact with customers in France
• Possible Record to Report (RTR) daily and month end tasks
• Support to any local related queries within responsibility area
• Assisting with team/departmental projects (may include limited travel)
• Other ad-hoc accounting/finance tasks

Please note that responsibilities may vary depending on candidate skills and knowledge. They may also change according to the company requirements. This gives an opportunity for candidates to learn and wide range of accounting responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Communicative French (B2 or higher)
• Fluent English
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially MS Excel)
• Attention to detail
• High level of customer service
• University degree in Finance/Accounting/Linguistics or true interest in pursuing career in Finance
