The Intelligent Business Automation (IBA) tribe is organized as a central automation hub (RPA, BPM) that leverages a wide range of technical and governance capabilities (cloud, API, observability, security, etc.) to deliver consistent, scalable automation solutions aligned with the group's digital‑transformation initiatives. It operates within a corporate department dedicated to enablers and works closely with the Centers of Expertise, the CIO Office, and the design & transformation functions.

The Intelligent Business Automation (IBA) tribe positions its RPA team as the central delivery unit for robotic process automation across the group.Its main activities are:
  • Design & Development of Bots
    • Build and maintain Blue Prism‑based robots for high‑volume, transactional processes
    • Produce new RPA bots.
  • Project Delivery & Governance
    • Lead end‑to‑end automation projects
    • Ensure each robot passes security reviews (pentest, code review, flow‑matrix) and complies with the group's governance model
  • Integration with the broader IBA ecosystem
    • Leverage shared capabilities cloud, API management, observability, security to guarantee that RPA solutions are scalable, reusable, and aligned with the group's digital transformation roadmap.
    • Coordinate with the Platform squad, the Design Authority, the CIO Office, and the COEs to harmonize RPA with BPM, data‑flow, and monitoring frameworks.
  • Operational Excellence & Support
    • Provide continuous monitoring, optimization, and incident management for deployed robots through the ITG "Platform".
    • Train and onboard new developers, integrate them into the tribe, and promote knowledge sharing
  • Strategic Objectives
    • Secure delivery of strategic automation programs.
    • Fulfil "Strong RPA commitments" defined in the objectives, by scaling the bot portfolio and establishing a sustainable offshore collaboration model with ISPL.

  • Overall, the RPA team drives the creation, deployment, and governance ofrobotic solutions that automate repetitive business processes, while ensuring alignment with the bank's overall digital‑automation strategy and compliance requirements.

    Position Purpose:

    Developer Blue Prism, responsible for the Cardif Robot development and maintenance.

    Responsibilities

    As part of robot development, you will contribute to:
    • Participate in the technical analysis and detailed design of solutions.
    • Take responsibility for developing the solutions.
    • Perform MOE (development) acceptance testing for RPA processes.
    • Contribute to the writing of the projects' technical documentation.
    • Ensure active communication and agile development in collaboration with the PO, Business Analyst, Tech Lead and business representatives.
    • Adhere to the company's standards, methods and defined processes.
    • Propose continuous‑improvement ideas.
    • Deploy the best practices defined within the IBA4Usage Squad .

    Information about the working environment
    • Work will be carried out in an Agile environment.
    • The solution used is Blue Prism: the Developer must have Blue Prism expertise as well as experience with REST APIs, Windows Server and Virtual Machines.
    • In previous roles, the candidate must have already performed programming tasks.

    A background in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, and French speaking are a plus.

    Specific Qualifications:

    Minimum 5 years of experience.

    The candidat should have good interpersonal skills, be client‑oriented and ready to join a dynamic team, while also being recognised for rigor, organisation, responsiveness and analytical abilities-all within a Scrum‑based Agile framework.
