PositionTo enhance its Team, Artemest is looking for a motivated, organized and self-starter Sales & Customer Relationship Intern.
What will be your key responsibilities?- Manage all presales activities with the goal to convert effectively incoming sales leads, ensuring strong performance in terms of conversion and average order value
- Manage customer care daily activities: handling customers' inquiries and requests through emails and calls
- Interact with suppliers to manage customers' requests and negotiate the best solution for the company and its customers
- Work closely with other departments (Logistics, Catalogue Management and Technology) to ensure an excellent level of customer experience
- Customer loyalty and retention initiatives
- Continuously evaluate internal customer care processes and propose business development initiatives
Offer information:
- Duration: 6 months
- Working hour: full-time (from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm)
- Monthly compensation: 600€
- Ticket restaurant provided according to the company policy
RequirementsWho are we looking for?- Degree in languages or humanistic disciplines
- Passion for Sales & Design and a proactive approach
- Italian native, professional proficiency in English and French
- Previous working experience is considered a plus
- Exceptional problem solving and organizational skills, with strong orientation to results
- Able to manage relations and negotiations, with excellent communication skills
- Attention to details, flexibility and entrepreneurial attitude
