As we continue expanding across Europe, we're looking for a highly motivated, French-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive new business opportunities in the French market.
About the Role

As a French SDR, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers throughout France and other French-speaking regions. You'll partner closely with Marketing and Account Executives to generate qualified sales opportunities through a combination of inbound lead follow-up and strategic outbound prospecting.

What You'll Do

• Qualify inbound leads and identify sales opportunities.
• Prospect into target accounts using phone, email, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
• Build personalized outbound campaigns that generate meetings with decision-makers.
• Research prospects and understand their business challenges.
• Schedule qualified product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and Outreach.
• Meet and exceed monthly pipeline and meeting targets.
• Partner with Marketing on campaigns, events, and account-based initiatives.
• Continuously improve messaging through testing, coaching, and feedback.

What We're Looking For
Required

• Native or professional fluency in French and English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and coachable
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new prospects
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

Preferred

• 1+ years of Sales Development, Business Development, or inside sales experience
• SaaS or technology sales experience
• Experience prospecting into SMB or Mid-Market businesses
• Familiarity with Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, or similar sales tools
