Our Sales Operations team is responsible for the quote-to-cash process at Bonial. The team covers all steps from contract creation to invoicing as well as the evaluation of sales and turnover data. Please read below to learn more!

Your responsibilities:

• You will be the interface in the French market between Sales, Fulfillment, and Finance and will collaborate with these teams on various projects
• You will work directly with the Salesforce team to create and maintain processes, reports, dashboards, sales products, and rate cards
• You will support the salespeople in the independent creation of media campaigns (contract offers), approve them based on the sales order policy, and will monitor the entire process
• You will prepare invoice runs, create the invoices, and send them to our customers
• You will clarify and answer queries from customers about our invoices
• You will monitor the incoming payments and handle the dunning process
• You will ensure that our processes are constantly being optimised

Your profile:

• Excellent French and very good English skills; German advantageous
• Commercial training or business studies (Bachelor) and at least two years of relevant professional experience
• Structured work and analytical thinking
• Good internal and external communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Salesforce
