You provide effective support to the Sales department, with a strong focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction. What will your responsibilities be?Together with 12 Sales Support colleagues, you will be responsible for confirming and processing international sales orders (mainly from France). Your daily tasks include:
- Entering and completing customer data in the CRM system and order details in the ERP system;
- Checking orders for terms, feasibility, and credit blocks, and discussing alternatives if needed;
- Identifying commercial opportunities and forwarding them to the Sales team;
- Providing information about the product range (dimensions, colors, availability);
- Contacting customers before invoicing to offer complementary products and address any order cancellations or objections;
- Monitoring order processing using planning and expedition overviews;
- Informing the Customer Service desk about potential complaints.
Who are we looking for?You feel at home in an international environment and take a proactive approach to customer interactions. Working closely with your team, you go the extra mile to deliver outstanding service. Your strong organizational skills and commercial mindset enable you to set the right priorities. Additionally, you:
- Have at least 3 years of relevant administrative experience;
- Speak and write fluent French and English (Dutch is a plus);
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and ERP systems;
- Have a strong interest in our sector and its dynamics.
This position is preferably available for 40 hours per week, with a minimum of 32 hours. Your workdays are flexible, but availability on Wednesdays and Fridays is essential for team coordination.
