The RoleThey are responsible for documenting the customer requirements, reviewing the proposed architecture and to work in the project equipment and/ or support in order to offer the best possible solution that satisfies the customer necessities, considering the functionality of the standard solution. They are involved in the different tasks of the application implementation cycle and the improvement projects (design, configuration and programming, tests...) guaranteeing at all times the correct application performance and an optimum performance level
ResponsibilitiesIn addition to the tasks common to all ALIGHT employees, the specific tasks for this position are:
- Prioritizing customer requirements
- Monitor the definition of the necessary data structures, on the basis of the data model, as well as diagrams of the applications flow, ensuring that they respond to the client's requirements
- Participate in the development of the application following the standard methodology defined according to the corporate standards (ePIM, Work Package, Tracking tool) or required for special needs under previous confirmation of the supervisor
- Implement the solution in different environments (development, test and production)
- Generate error-free code and easy to maintain in accordance with the general guidelines of ALIGHT
- Integrated testing of complex applications
- Solve complex problems related to the technical environment of the application
- Provides the necessary technical support to the other members
- Knows the people that are a source of knowledge and ensure their effective collaboration
- Identify patterns or non-obvious relations in complex situations
- Take advantage of opportunities to increase knowledge and self-development
