Job Title: Scrum Master with French (Corporate Projects) Job ref. 3WW8W4Y8

Project Communication & Documents: French, English

The Scrum Master ensures full understanding, adoption and consistent application of Agile principles and the Scrum framework in particular within teams delivering Finance-related and ITSM initiatives. Ensures adherence to Scrum practices, while integrating IT Service Management (ITSM) standards and Finance processes into the delivery lifecycle.

Acting as a servant-leader, the Scrum Master continuously challenges the team to meet the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitates all Scrum ceremonies and ensures adherence to the Scrum framework.
• Supports the Product Owner in defining product objectives and prioritizing the backlog based on business value.
• Ensures the Product Owner can effectively structure and maintain the Product Backlog to maximize value.
• Promotes Agile mindset, culture and values across teams working on Finance and ITSM processes.
• Aligns stakeholders around Agile, financial processes and ITSM expectations.
• Helps the team improve efficiency, predictability and quality of deliverables using Agile and ITSM best practices.
• Ensures clear and concise User Stories, including acceptance criteria aligned with ITSM processes and financial requirements.
• Communicates progress and risks transparently to stakeholders.
• Leads and coaches the organization in adopting SAFe, Agile, Scrum and modern ITSM practices.
• Promotes empirical product development and continuous improvement in delivery and service management.
• Collaborates with other Scrum Masters to harmonize Agile practices and align them with ITSM and Finance processes.

Skills

• Strong understanding of the Agile Manifesto, Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
• Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Request).
• Experience working with financial processes or in Finance-driven environments.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to guide teams toward continuous improvement and increased operational maturity.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in iterative and rapidly changing environments.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile projects.
• Fluency in French and English.
