Search Evaluator Specialist - French Speaking (Third-Party Associate)

Responsibilities

In ADSO, we are the EMEA AI Data Service and Operations team under TikTok Product (abbreviation: ADSO), mainly providing safety and non-safety data annotation services and search operation services for all of the company's international products, which can also help international products build their own data ecological security. To eliminate any doubt, this role involves reading, viewing, listening and examining user-generated content to ensure they comply with community guidelines. Content includes images, video, text related to every day life, but they can also include (but are not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder. It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content on a daily basis. Responsibilities: - Complete regular assessments relating to search quality in accordance with evaluation standard documents. - Use side by side method to complete daily strategy assessment of search quality in accordance with evaluation standard documents. - Judging user search needs through various query and tools, and sorting out the classification of requirements. - Comb the types of search bad cases and rate the quality of the results. - Provide ideal search results and feedback suggestions for policy improvement. - While it is assumed the evaluator will focus on their area of expertise, there will be occasions in which They/Them will work on projects outside this core area that could require other capabilities, such as using assessment methods flexibly to support related projects. - Willing to work with sensitive issues that include child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, adult & sexual content. - And any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above. - Fluency in French is required as the role requires communication with French markets, fluent in English is also required as it is the working language. - Knowledge about search engines, familiar with social media platforms, especially TikTok. - An in-depth understanding of local culture and familiarity with the Internet usage habits of local users. - Strong ability to learn and understand. Preferred Qualifications: - Familiar with common office software, search evaluation experience is preferred. - Overseas working/training is a plus.
