Job DescriptionAs a SEM & Paid Social Specialist, you will be responsible for the strategy, activation and optimization of performance campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation.
You will work mainly on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram), driving qualified leads and continuously improving results through testing, data analysis and insights.
You will act as a key performance partner for your stakeholders, translating business goals into efficient paid media strategies and ensuring campaigns are optimized across the full performance funnel.
This role requires
fluent English and French, as you will work in an international environment.
Responsibilities- Plan, execute and optimize lead generation campaigns across Paid Search (Google Ads - Search) and Paid Social (Meta).
- Own campaign performance end-to-end: structure, targeting, bidding, budgets, creatives testing and landing page alignment.
- Monitor daily performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities to improve CPL, volume and lead quality.
- Define and manage audience strategies (first-party data, remarketing, lookalikes, intent-based audiences).
- Prepare performance reports and post-campaign analysis, highlighting learnings and next steps.
Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree related with Advertising, Marketing, Economics, Media Science or similar; or 3-4 years of experience in a similar position.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English
- Hands on experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Professional experience within the digital marketing industry or in a media agency environment.
- Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive.
- Comprehensive understanding of social media in a business context, all social media channels, functions and associated communication features and possibilities.
