Senior Account Manager, Luxury, CPG, LCS (English, French)

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in sales, business development, advertising, account management, marketing, or consulting.
• Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and French to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience managing high-value advertising portfolios and consistently delivering and exceeding growth quotas.
• Expertise in digital marketing with a focus on thought leadership.
• Expertise in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or Luxury.
• Knowledge of online marketing strategies, with a focus on managing complex digital ad campaigns.
• Ability at leveraging data-driven storytelling and engaging narratives to deepen client engagement and buy-in.

Responsibilities

• Deliver against ambitious quarterly revenue and product adoption goals through disciplined pipeline management, targeted upsell initiatives, and data-driven scaling strategies.
• Manage a high-value portfolio of complex accounts, utilizing deep-dive analysis to identify upsell and growth drivers, mitigate risks, and execute multi-quarter plans jointly with in-country partners. Pitch and consult with customers proactively to align with marketing discussions and budgets.
• Develop and maintain a high-velocity sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and the continuous identification of high-impact cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Partner with fellow team members and a set of cross-functional partners to drive commercial opportunities and upsell strategies that build long-term growth.
• Cultivate influential relationships internally and externally to foster long-term loyalty, increase account expansion, and ensure partnership stability.
