Senior accounts receivable - French Speaker

Our client is a leading multinational company in the packaging industry, providing innovative packaging solutions to clients worldwide. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Receivable professional fluent in French to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Accounts Receivable, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely collection of payments, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment reconciliation, and collections.
• Ensure accurate posting and allocation of payments received.
• Monitor and maintain the aging of accounts receivable, and follow up on overdue payments.
• Maintain regular communication and build strong relationships with clients, addressing any billing or payment inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure smooth payment processing.
• Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts receivable function.

Requirements:

• Fluency in French and English is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related roles.
• Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
