Senior Business Analyst - French Language

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst fluent in French to serve as a bridge between French-speaking customers and our English-speaking team in Pune. The ideal candidate will facilitate clear communication, gather and translate business requirements, and guide the team to execute the customer's vision effectively. Responsibilities Converse with French-speaking customers to understand and document business needs Translate customer requirements into clear, actionable documentation for the English-speaking team Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) Act as a bridge between customers and the delivery team to ensure alignment on project vision Facilitate stakeholder management across both customer and internal teams Support the team in Pune to execute the customer's vision accurately Participate in Agile ceremonies and processes to drive project delivery Ensure consistent and accurate communication flow between French-speaking clients and internal teams Requirements 6-10 years of experience in Business Analysis Proficiency in spoken French and English Expertise in requirement gathering, BRD, and FRD Skills in stakeholder management Familiarity with Agile methodologies
