Senior Cash Collection Specialist with French

Currently, we are searching for a person willing to join our Cash Collection Team.
This role involves monitoring customer accounts daily in order to identify the outstanding debts. You would be responsible for performing the collection process by contacting customers via phone or email regarding overdue accounts and determine reasons for non-payment.

What will you be doing?
  • Perform collection process, contact customers regarding overdue accounts and determine reason for non-payment.
  • Professional and pro-active day to day contact with customers (via phone and email) in order to ensure timely payments.
  • Identify non-payment reasons and payment behavior analysis.
  • Participate in resolution of unclear payments.
  • Be responsible for accounts clean up on balances, refunds, reconciliation of accounts, sending out account statements to customers.
  • Handle client queries and escalations in a service-oriented way, ensure feedback to client queries within agreed turnaround time.
  • Understand and apply order-to-cash processes, policies, procedures, and internal control standards.


What are we looking for?
  • Minimum certificate of secondary education (preferably University degree in business area)
  • 1 year of professional experience in Collection, AR Department (1+ years would be an advantage)
  • Good knowledge of account receivables and cash collection procedures
  • Experience in multi- currency environment is preferred
  • Excel, Word and Outlook professional working competency
  • SAP knowledge preferred (if lacking, other ERP system and/or accounting systems)
  • Customer service focus
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Language Skills:
  • Working with customers: French C1 level required
  • Internal corporate language: English B2 level required
  • Highly appreciated: German and Turkish
